Today I thought I will share something that might be helpful for most people. after all it affects 1 in 4 of us and most of us know at least one person that is suffering from depression.

This article should help you with helping someone who is currently suffering. It should help you understand. And, if you are currently suffering yourself, it might help you coming to terms with it (yes, you are not alone with how you feel!) and it can help you preparing the people around you to allow them to help you.

Together, with raised awareness, we can get through this!
